The Promotability Index® (“PI”) is a free career self-assessment tool that will help you see where you stack up against the 5 elements that get you promoted (and help you be a more effective leader). Please take a few minutes and complete the Promotability Index before our masterclass, and bring a copy of your results to our session.
Taking the the PI assessment in advance will help you get the most out of the masterclass. You will see where you are in the three levels of promotability that Amii will review. Based on your high and low scores, Amii will be giving you practical tips on how to leverage and strengthen the areas you may want to work on.
