Purpose:
This Committee develops recommendations and policy positions regarding all domestic and international regulatory matters affecting cheese, cheese products, and related dry ingredients, including food safety, biosecurity, standards, labeling and nutrition, National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) and the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), International Dairy Federation (IDF), Codex Alimentarius Commission and other international bodies.
