Purpose:
This Committee is charged with evaluating and helping to develop positions and policy proposals on any domestic or international regulatory issue related to Grade “A” milk and milk products, including the areas of the NCIMS and the PMO, food safety, standards, labeling, and nutrition, IDF and Codex Alimentarius Commisson.
