Purpose: The Workforce Committee is an IDFA Member community focused on Human Resources, workforce development, and diversity initiatives in the dairy industry. The Workforce Committee convenes virtual and in-person gatherings, networking opportunities, webinars, and other learning and sharing experiences for its members.
