Session Four –

Conference Pages

High level recap for Conferences:

  • Create a new ‘Meeting’ item with conference dates, location. Use body for ‘details coming soon’.
  • Create the conference pages. When the overview page is ready, update the conference ‘Meeting’ with a Bypass URL to the Overview page. (When we talked in planning, the Conference pages were to be evergreen urls and updated year to year. use ‘Rewrite and republish’.)
  • When the conference is over, create a page “Dairy Forum [year] Meeting Materials” with a synopsis of the event and a list of links to resources. and update the Meeting item’s Bypass URL to this page – instead of the Overview page.
